Rawai Villas (Phase 1) is a villa development located in Rawai, Phuket, Thailand. It is 0.4km from the beach with 18 villa units completed in November of 2006. It is hotel-managed and features 24-hour security, CCTV, a reception/lobby area, car parking.Only minutes away from Nai Harn beach and Promthep Cape, and within easy reach of the shopping centres of Phuket Town and the coastal resorts of Kata and Karon, Rawai Villas offers the perfect location for island living.
