The total land area is 512 sq.m., while the built-up area is 330 sq.m. Living Room The open-plan living room combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to enter. The ceiling height is 5 meters, and ceiling fans are installed. The living room is furnished with a dining table for 8 people, a sofa, and a 65-inch TV. Bedrooms
