Siam Tropical (Phase 1) is a condo development located in Pratumnak Hill, Pattaya, Thailand. It is 0.5km from the beach with 427 condo units across 8 floors scheduled for completion in December of 2015. It features a swimming pool, a fitness center, a bar, 24-hour security, CCTV, car parking.Tropical Garden is the seventh and largest project in Pratamnak by Siam Oriental. It consists of three 8-storey buildings and massive 1,000 sqm tropical pool area will be located in between the buildings. Some unsold units are still available in each building.
