Off Plan villa in modern style

1. Signing contract within 30 days from the reservation date. (non-refundable of any case)
2. The buyer shall be responsible for installation of electricity meter and water meter fees.
3. Common area fee is 15 baht/sq.m./month and paid in advance for 24 months on ownership transfer date.
4. Sinking fund is 150,000 baht for unit 15-17, 200,000 baht for unit 14 and 250,000 for unit 11-12 and paid on ownership transfer date. 5. Transfer fee is to be share equally between seller and buyer.
6. Changing owner name in th booking form and/or sell agreement is 100,000 baht/time.
7. Construction detail maybe changed depending on suitability.
