We are selling our 31 Rai off grid farm in Lomkao, Phetchabun province.  The property has 3 Chanotes (full title deed). The fatm has been planted to fruit trees under irrigation and Teak trees. Certain areas have been left unspoiled.   We have planted Arabica coffee, cacao, mango, jackfruit, dragon fruit, macadamia, lime, Thai grapefruit, avocado, custard apple, litchi, paw paw, oranges, banana, , peach, olives, dates, cashew nuts and tamarind trees. A minimum of chemicals has been used. In the last 6 years only the date trees have been sprayed by pesticides. Only government approved herbicides are used.  The house has been built at 380 m above sea level with a view over the valley below and Phu Tap Buk in the background. From October to February it can be chilly at night. We are spoilt with a sea of clouds on a regular basis (see pictures). The house is approximately 350 m2. At present it's a single bedroom 2 bathroom house but can be converted at a low cost to a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. There is a gym area, bar, open kitchen/ dining/lounge area, a big entrance/ veranda area and a smaller Thai kitchen with a build in wood burn stove. A small splash pool to cool down in and sip on drinks. The BBQ area is next to the pool.  There is a small guest cottage near the house. A 40 m2 guest house is under construction.  We generate our own power via solar panels.  Water is supplied from 2 boreholes. The main borehole is equipment with a 1,5kw Franklin pump and can be powered either by solar or a 5 kw diesel generator. The second borehole pump (1,1 kw Franklin) is powered by a 7,5 kw petrol generator. This borehole is a backup. This petrol generator also serves as a backup power supply to the house.  Water are stored in water tanks. There are 4 storage points. The main storage is a 3 levelled water tower.  There are 2 storerooms and an area we used to keep our dogs, but which could be converted to keep chickens or ducks. During the rainy season you will need a 4 wd vehicle.  The property borders on the one side by a government forest. Most of the land in the area has been bought by people from Bangkok. In future the property can be developed for tourism.  This property will reward its owner(s) with tranquility, breathtaking views, a sense of satisfaction and a rural lifestyle difficult to find. The property has very good bird life and will keep birders busy. The area is extremely safe.  We are selling due to health reasons. Financial arrangements can be made.
