The villa is located on the territory of the hotel.  An excellent, new project of private villas, located in the southern part of Phuket Island, near Naiharn beach, is designed in a modern style. T he apartment is fully furnished and decorated, equipped with modern household appliances.  A spacious living room, a kitchen with a full set of household appliances, dishes and kitchen utensils, a drinking water filter is installed.  The territory of the villa gives the inhabitants a complete sense of privacy and peace.   The entire infrastructure of the hotel is available to guests:  - Shared swimming pool and hotel restaurants - airport transfer,  - car and motorcycle rentals,  - ordering food to the villa   Additional charges: - electricity 7 baht per 1 kW - water 40 baht per 1 cubic meter A refundable security deposit is paid upon entry to the villa and returned upon departure.
