THE RENTAL PRICE:
Monthly and 1 year contract rental:
From now till 31 OCT 2022 – 140,000THB per month.
1 NOV 2022 – 31 JAN 2023 – 175,000THB per month.
1 FEB – 31 MAR 2023 – 160,000THB per month.
The rental price included cable TV, WiFi, water supply, pool and garden maintenance and housekeeping service 3 times per week.
Extra payment Electricity fee is 8THB per unit.
DAILY rental:
From now till 31 OCT 2022 – 9,500THB per night.
The rental price included cable TV, WiFi, water and electricity supply, pool and garden maintenance and room cleaning. Extra payment for the breakfast, half board (lunch or dinner) or full board (lunch and dinner) on request.
Check-in time 14.00 hrs. (local time) and checkout time 12.00 hrs. (local time) on the relevant day.
Baby cot is free of charge, maximum one baby cot per room.
For all booking, cancellations received within three (3) days prior to the date of arrival shall be chargeable at 100% of the confirmed room nights. In the event of a no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire length of stay shall be chargeable to the Key Account.
