The Scandinavian inspired design is characterized by a minimal, clean approach that seeks to combine functionality with beauty making the space feel warm and cosy.
Nordic colours been used such as blue, dark grey, and white tones to reflect the sea and the sky combined with the warm tone of wooden furniture creating a serene and relaxing mood.

The first house was completed on 1st January 2023. Each house is carefully designed and built with care.
The entire area holds in total 10 more land plots ranging from 2-3 Bedroom houses starting from 100-130 sqm living spaces including a very large Privat garden a perfect space to build your own swimming pool and terrasse to socialize with families and friends.
