We have been doing real estate, construction, and management in Thailand for nearly 20 years. The founder and owner of Blue Home built his first villa in Thailand over 20 years ago and went on to build two condominium projects in Pratumnak Pattaya, which is considered two of the best five-star condominiums in Pattaya. Siam Ocean View and Siam Royal Ocean View were finished respectively in 2009 and 2014. At the end of 2019/2020, we were all set to start construction of a third condominium project but had to put it on hold because of the Covid situation. The project will be started up again as soon as time permits.
