ในงาน South East Asia Property Award 2015 ที่ผ่านมา The Residence by Anantara ของ Minor International ผู้ประกอบการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทย คว้ารางวัลในหมวด Best Residential Interior Design (South East Asia) ในขณะที่ Far East ผู้ประกอบการจากสิงคโปร์ คว้ารางวัลสูงสุด Best Developer (South East Asia) เป็นปีที่สอง หลังจากได้รับเกียรตินี้มาแล้วเมื่อปี 2011
